I LOVE the start of the New Year… It gives opportunity for a new start regardless how good or bad the previous year was. This years I set some goals by asking myself a series of questions:

1) What changes do I need to make in my life?

2) What areas in my life require improvement and what areas of my life need to be strengthened?

3) What methods do I need to use to carry out the changes and improvements that I need to take?

I have set goals in three specific catergories for 2009: Spiritual, Financial and Physical and I made sure that the goals I set are measurable. Sometimes I set forth goals which seem too unrealistic and sometimes I set goals where there is no form of evaluation.
